Your personal information may be shared by RoseRx with third parties for the fulfilment of services. Unless your consent has been received your personal information will not be shared with iNova, and iNova will receive only deidentified/aggregated data from RoseRx.

If you report an adverse event relating to iNova products, then any personal information that you provide may be collected and used to report adverse events relating to iNova products in accordance with regulatory obligations and may be used to maintain records of adverse event reports and to investigate or follow-up on your adverse event report.
